Overview

What will you do?

You will be responsible for brand positioning and developing communities on social media. The target will be to achieve high engaging audience, fan base and revenue generation for brands with excellent social media strategies.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include-
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Swot analysis for brand
  • Competition and Competitors Analysis
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content which builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Develop a pitch deck to acquire new clients.

Skills-

We’re looking for a social media specialist with outstanding experience that includes:
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Fluency in English
Bonus points for:
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
