The Business Development Executive will create, launch, and grow new digital marketing businesses. He or she will also be in charge of creating creative online marketing sales plans and showing that they knows a lot about web technology and digital marketing solutions. A strong candidate will have excellent sales and closing skills.
Responsible for selling Website Development Services and Digital Marketing Services (Lead Generation, SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, online reputation management, and more).

Responsible for Web design & Development, Mobile Application Developer, Logo & Product design.

You will be responsible for:
  • Identifying business opportunities by generating leads and building relationships with clients for company growth.
  • Conduct research to identify new business development opportunities in the markets, this is to include identifying new potential partners or acquisitions overseas.
  • Develop and implement customer relationship programs including agent training, customer contact/communication plans, and enquiry management and create and manage follow-up systems
  • Creating actionable business strategies & analyzing market trends.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Accomplish the target, setting goals and objectives.
Skills required:
  • Proven working experience as a business development, sales executive, customer support or a relevant role.
  • Strong ability to build a personal rapport with a wide range of stakeholders, clients, agents/institutes and relevant external agents.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and results in a challenging environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Experience in the sales & marketing field

  • Positive, self-starter who can work independently with a hands-on execution style
  • Ability to create actionable marketing strategies.

Qualification:Masters / Bachelor’s degree in marketing/sales or a similar field.

  • Graduation: BE / B.Tech (Computers/IT/ENTC)/BCS/BCA/B.Sc.
  • Post-Graduation: Master's (Required)
