Job description
The Business Development Executive will be in charge of creating, launching, and growing new digital marketing businesses. He or she will also be in charge of coming up with creative online marketing sales plans and showing that they know a lot about web technology and digital marketing solutions. A strong candidate will have excellent sales and closing skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Responsibilities include selling Website Development Services, Digital Marketing Services (Lead Generation, SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, online reputation management, and more).
- Identifying and executing new opportunities in international markets that will enhance the product offerings and deliver incremental revenue and profit.
- Conduct research to identify new international business development opportunities in international markets, this is to include identifying new potential partners or acquisitions overseas.
- The position demands an entrepreneurial minded individual with high energy and strong motivation to sell. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecasts. (We like increasing numbers!)
- A strong candidate will have an excellent sale and closing skills.
- Strong new business development skills.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Conduct cold calling calls and generate lead or inquiry.
- Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
- Should be able to give presentation to prospective clients.
- Tapping Sector /areas /IDC's as assigned by management.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Providing daily progress reports to the reporting authority.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Accomplish the target, setting goals and objectives.
Qualification:Masters / Bachelor’s degree in marketing/sales or a similar field.
Skills:
- Proven working experience as a International business development, sales executive etc
- Strong ability to build personal rapport with a wide range of stakeholders, international clients, agents/institutes, relevant external agents.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and results in a challenging environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and CRM software
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Technologies
- Experience in international sales & marketing
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to analyses market trends.
- Positive, self-starter who is able to work independently with a hands-on execution style
- Ability to create actionable marketing strategies.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Superior strategic planning and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills, with a proven track record of successful negotiations.
